SHIPPING
I haven't received my package!
If your order has not arrived a few days after the estimated delivery date, contact us as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.
We will check the tracking, confirm the address and open a case with our printing partner.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reprint and reship it free of charge.
Note: if the tracking shows “Delivered”, free reshipment is not possible; however, we can offer you an alternative solution.
In which areas do you ship?
We ship to France, the United Kingdom and most European countries.
What are the manufacturing and delivery times?
Our production time is estimated at 2 to 5 business days on average, followed by 3 to 5 days for shipping to France. The complete estimate is displayed in your shopping cart before payment and varies depending on the type of product ordered and country of shipping.
With your shipping email, you will receive a real-time tracking link for your order.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your shopping cart based on the item, weight/volume, and delivery address. Any applicable promotions will also be displayed in your cart.

How do I edit / cancel my order?
You can contact us to edit or cancel your order, as long as it still shows the status "Pending processing".

How to care for my clothes?
A care guide is available on each product page.
In general, we advise you to:
- Wash your product inside out, in cold water, with similar colors.
- Avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners.
- Air drying recommended; iron gently on the reverse side.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard payment methods:
- Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Credit Cards.
- Mobile payments : Apple Pay, Google Pay
- PayPal (Express Checkout)
How is my order organized?
If your order contains different types of products, it may be delivered in separate packages depending on our workshops.
RETURNS
My product is defective or damaged!
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, providing your order number + clear photos/videos of the defect and packaging.
We will replace or refund the item in question, after verification.
Do you replace products in case of a sizing error or manufacturing defect?
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or replacements, except for manufacturing defects or damaged items.
